Fix restore completed, but 'Critical Error on WordPress Website' when going in WP-ADMIN
Steps to Fix Critical Error WordPress Website :
1. I backed up the website using UpdraftPlus, and downloaded all of the 8 files.
2. I changed DNS to point to the the new nameservers and went to bed.
3. I woke up, and saw a plain vanilla WordPress site. Installed UpgradePlus, and uploaded all 8 files
4. I ran restore, which seemed to complete correctly. Was not prompted for “search and replace site location in the database”. Perhaps because the domain name is the same??
5. When I attempt to login to the site /wp-admin I get “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.” Tried different browsers, cleared cache, etc but all come up with same error when going to /wp-admin
